That’s not true at all, in fact, the people who have been pushing this refuse to spawn an SPAA first because they want to play tanks.
As I’ve said in the past, if I’ve got a pack of hunting dogs, I don’t need the skitish one among them because they will make the rest scared and problematic.
You are feeding the skitish, leading to them not trying and not even attempting to actually counter them because of the constant basis of lies that there’s only one counter and one method of play, and anyone who dares to make any mention of any other method becomes a target for the dogpile that you’ve pulled of all those who deride and insult faster than forming a genuine argument.
You make out that you discuss, but you literally never do… It’s always manipulation and changing of the scenario to make yourself safe, and barricaded.
I actively refuse to ignore you, because that’s the advice from the moderators on how to deal with you, but that doesn’t make it clear to those who see you wailing on someone and being confident in your KDR pride that they come to attack me. (I’ve had many posts that have been from players who are merely riding your coattails and giving me a good ole ribbing just to be onboard.)
The sheer tension that comes about from me merely posting on the forum here by this certain group is indicative of the true issue, and it’s not what I actually posted… It’s just that I turned up.
So again, you’re absolutely taking the mickey to say that no-one said you can’t spawn SPAA first…
There’s no need to throw in personal attacks. The rules of the Forum are the same for everyone and must be respected to guarantee a normal conversation. Please make sure to do so.

So again You have a problem understanding that some people just want to play tanks this TO is best solution for them, not saying that they should play something else
That isn’t the only solution as you put out in every interaction, your interpretation of the ‘best’ and as to why people object to your demand is all your own end.
You play like you discuss, but alas you do not.

Ultimately no one arguing has any say in this outside of the devs, this is just arguing to argue while pushing personal agenda’s to protect their “Meta play” and this is a thing happens in every game.
But the fact is there is a large part of the community who wish to see an additional tank only mode and given the amount of posts that pop up daily on this not only relating to top tier but lower tiers as well this issue might at least warrant a dev response by now because this isn’t going away and not with the implementation of more and more advanced weapons the option to have a choice and not to have to deal with being seal clubbed by things most feel they can’t do anything about in a mode literally called “Ground Battles” is going to become more prevalent.
As the mods are present now i wanted to write this in the hope they might be able to escalate this issue somehow to higher ups for a response, if not well i guess this is all pointless we’ll just go back to arguing and seeing everything on the same subject be discarded with no chance of the situation being resolved.

Your use of protect ‘meta play’ is key to this bias.
and you literally just proved my point by nitpicking a single phrase to argue against you don’t accept others opinions so why should they accept yours ? The addition of a tank only mode changes nothing for regular battles they will remain the same people will be able to still buy premiums and play ground battles sans air or with air as they choose, people can focus on which areas of a tree to play but people will have the option in where they choose to play.

Don’t let post volume fool you, even the numbers and scenarios these threads produce have to be taken with a grain of salt… They are cherry picked, and outlier situations, even to the point of non-existant situations put to make a mockery of anyone who objects.
Also consider the experience the player has as a fresh player is going to struggle and commonly find ways that they’re being got to try and explain how something has happened.
I’ve had people complaining that they were got by a heli with a missile at the start of the match, where they were actually got by a rocket, but they weren’t interested in that, just kept complaining that a heli had a missile on spawn.
And that’s constantly mentioned and made out to be a thing, but it’s just a way of shying away avoiding something that the rest of us face, so why should you be avoiding these sorts of things to make it easier for you…
That is the issue… Why should you be special for not being able to handle the actual game?
Because I want the choice and an additional tank only mode gives that choice not just for me but for everyone wanting it as well.

You got short with me whilst I was editing the post, but you also prejudiced any opposition to you as protecting meta play aka easy mode and all the rest of the assumptions made about using CAS because people die to it, so they villainize it.
It’s not that easy, it’s easy for you to be killed by it but spotting a target and making sure you’re lined up takes a lot of work. Work many write off as nothing because all they think of is lawndarts.
We play the same game, we’re not ‘enemies’ but opponents, and many forget that when making the stances made so much that they get personal.

So tell me what a player in a tank can do about a plane?
Rely on a team? Hide untill it is taken care of?
TO is the best solution for people who just want to play tanks. Same goes for people who just want to use air so they go to Air modes

When I decide to NOT play Air Simulator Battles or other games - notice the emphasis: NOT play - I do so because I want to play a Tank whether it be a Sherman, a funny british piece of junk, a T-34/KV, a tiger/panther or maybe something more exotic.
If I cannot play those vehicles in peace fighting similar vehicles, what motivation do I have to stop playing my preferred air mode to be forced to fly planes in a mode I don’t find enjoyable (map too small, air spawns, shrot match duration, rapidly draining tickets, prefer cockpit view and stick & rudder controls for intrinsic flying fun). WW2 SPAA is pretty impotent against properly flown CAS, so only real option is CAP and I got a better mode to fly CAP.
Give me a mode where I can actually drive shermans and other stuff around without people telling me to spawn a plane and 75% of my complaints disappear.
Those remaining 25% will be pertaining to the awful maps and damage modelling.
The current GRB mode basically turns into people basically telling me to “go fly a plane in a worse game mode for flying planes in” after my big fat slow heavy tank gets bombed 3-5 minutes into a match (or strafed to death if it’s light enough while still being fairly slow and clumsy.) In that case, why play GRB? Might as well stick to ARB or ASB.
GSB is somewhat more promising due to the CAS skillfloor being significant but uhm…

They have a few options, but a few of them revolve around thinking and taking preparation into account.
As you said, they can hide, they canm spawn SPAA, or hell, they can use a plane as you’ve mentioned in other areas.
Again not the ‘best’ solution, just the one you demand… You tout it as the best because that’s what you think is the best, but it’s just your side of the want.
That’s nothing at all to do with this.
This is a war game, so finding peace, in a game such as this is almost a misnomer.
