Lol these are both really bad comparisons to make with CAS and make the mechanic look even worse.
Yak 9k is exmple to a specific op vehicle
It should be moved up or cost high spawn points but its not a problem with the whole mechanic

It turns out that it actually doesn’t have to present in the battle field to reduce the population of CAS degenerates, just merely existing alone already enough to discourage players from getting into CAS. Some matches still sucks donkey d but ain’t as bad as before.

It is sufficient for a mere 3-5 minutes to pass for the air to become full of Corsairs, Hellcats or Yaks.
There’s a screenshot I posted earlier of Normandy that was barely into the match and the skies were full of planes already. I’ll try to find it.

I did and the COD comparison is even moire stupid after reading it.
You know what cod killstreaks have that CAS doesn’t: They are a single time use per call in and the longer lasting ones have a timer after which they expire, besides that any player can shoot at the killstreak to kill it or really quickly swap loadout with a anti air missile.
So until we start implementing arcade rules where a CAS plane only has ~60-90 seconds before being yeeted out, you can’t compare CAS to cod killstreaks.

Bro mid tier is as bad as top tier before the addition of stronger SPAAs. Some days tryna play tiger 1 or fv4005 is near impossible, you just serve as target practice for CAS degenerates

Kinda opposite actually, CAS is stronger at lower tiers… Because there is no effective countermeasures. Only gun AAs with slow turret barely 1.0-1.5 km range.

Oh, My kingdom for an additional no cas ground mode where I can play tanks in peace and not worry about being yeeted from existence by a spec in the sky. Knowing that if I ever decide to fly a plane again I always have dcs or il2 to fall back on.

The aa armmament can be easily take down
And yea this time mechanic works well at cod and in arcade but it will not work on grb due to the spaa and the high sp
(Top tier arcade cas is unplayble btw)

Yes mid tier cas isnt great and i agree it can be nerfed by higher cost of sp cuz dumb bombs arent weak as in top tier
I love how you go from “we need balance” (because of the mythical Russian bias) to “it’s okay that it’s not balance, like it or leave” (because of CAS)

Dying to cas isnt lack of balance this is its role in the game
Balance is when a role cant do its role like it should like spaa against cas or the oppsite
Or another exmple is when a role that go against the other side of the same role and one side is stronger like mbt against mbt
