CAS problem

Aye, they’re trying to be like Activision. Such a shame.

You are not listening what i am telling you.

So i’ll treat you the same way

You’re free to point out where I ignored you when I literally dealt with every part of your post, lmao

Saying you’re not going to read isn’t a flex either. Being unserious doesn’t help the TO cause.

I think he did the right thing, though. Convincing you is probably a waste of time and energy since you are that unimportant one who has little to no influence on the outcome.

Yeah…endorsing anti-intellectualism isn’t a great look and it only leans into validating negative perceptions about TO advocates. (But you do you!)

Yeah…individually, everyone is just one person with little to no influence on an outcome. That’s how mechanics in venues with large populations generally work.

You are no different…you’re just one person, no more important than I. It’s strange you seem to imply otherwise.

Well, luckely everbody on this forum is equally unimportant.

Have you considered any of the replies at all about adding TO in addition to combined?

That is current “combined arms”

gaijin knows this is a lie. how would they even measure it, especially since they dont play their own game

Fake, planes are invincible.

They could make a poll, just like with other big “changes”.

Funny thing is - remember how they asked if people wanted to make APHE more realistic? People voted against it, and then they start crying about Jak 9K being too strong.

Or how they voted for adding new better modules to tank? And then they start crying when they added turret baskets to tanks.

The turret baskets one is because they were added to only the Leopards and Abrams. Should they be added in the future, either everyone will be mad, or everyone will be happy

While i agree not all cas is op and in general spaa can deal with it showing ur stats isnt a proof

So abrams and leopards had a grace period, because first the autoloaders were added to T-series tanks, which was massive nerf to them.

And now both sides have nerf due to modules.

Yes, autoloader IS nerf, because every shot/spall that gets inside the tank damages autoloader and makes it impossible to reload.

Not always and spall never seems to hit it when the round goes through the breach. If anything Russian tanks were easier to kill without this modification.

Well you have to see and understand that theres so many people in this game that seemingly can’t handle a two minute drive in a tank that is light so it’s relying on mobility. So having longer drives to get into positions quicker to actually use the mobility and long range capabilities of those tanks to their advantage is what people can’t stand. they want quick action 30 seconds in or their attention span is already overextended. Then they cry because they got themselves into a brawling situation with tanks that are much better suited (armor or firepower wise) for those situations. And because they put themselves in a situation where they (and they should have known that before they went there) were outclassed, now the enemy team has enough sp to spawn cas so now people can cry about cas. Basically freehanding the enemy team all the sp to nuke the people off the important positions on the other side of the map.

Use the correct tool for the job, simple as that. I dont wanna know how often I was the only player of my team holding the whole western flank on big fulda on my own while 80% of my team went off to the castle in lightly armored mobility based tanks just to lose there vs better suited opponents. Not that it’s pointless to go there and hold that part of the map, because it is important but if you’re using a tool that is not well suited you shouldnt wonder why you didnt suceed. So many vehicles in this game would benefit from bigger maps similar to fulda or red desert (or even bigger) to actually use their mobility, but here we are fighting on city maps all the time that tanks (expecially without infantry support) were never designed for. Having actually big maps with lots of foliage (like actual forests not the only big tree stuff that is in game nowadays after all the shrubbery removed) would make it actually hard for cas to find targets. Imagine both teams spawning in or behind a forest like on normandy 3 cap on the inland version and having a 10km² map with lots of cover and scouting not putting a big red ! on your head following you around for 30 seconds.

Now citybrawling definitely has its place in the game since it can be a very fun playstyle and has unique encounters, while also providing the best cover from cas, it’s just that it feels like 50% of all vehicles are just not suited for it. It’s not what they were designed for, its not what they’re good at yet players have to or use them in those scenarios willingly all the time. Leo 1 could be a monster on wide open maps, using its mobility to pop up in unexpected positions making it very hard for cas to track where it is before it uses its very good gun and long range capabilities to snipe targets. But no, theres countless claims that Leo 1 apparently sucks just because theres no environment in game to use its strenghts cuz here, play cargoport abandoned something citybrawl 5 times in a row.

Truth be told, it was (and is) indeed a pain in the ass, but they do have more protection than other tanks when shot to the side.

Wrong. ru tanks are easier to cripple with autoloader model
