A system was implemented so that if you die while capturing a zone you are still credited for the capture. Why hasn’t the same been done when you drive off the point?
Why are open top vehicles punished for engaging with the game mode’s stated objective?

Pretty sure it does, but what’s it got to do with CAS, and open tops?

I think it’s:
Open top: vulnerable to getting strafed even by MG planes.
They’re capturing a point with friendlies, and notice a plane coming in towards the point gun blazing. They drive backwards/forward/juke and avoid the bullets. However, doing so means they drive off point.
The point is then captured and they were not rewarded for the risk taken.
Don’t make thier argument for them, they said nothing at all about the opentop in that whole opener…
Very sure it actually used to, so I feel it’s been changed… I used to drive through to get caps in this manner.

If you have smoke launchers, means they’re there for use, it’s not dumb to smoke the Capture Point knowing a aircraft is coming at you,
Now smoking unnecessarily like the Germans used to do in low tier matches, this is stupid. It’s a subject to talk and it’s off topic.
If you have smoke shells, bring it and drop them off near the Capture Point, specially if the Capture Point area is near enough to a building, a tall and not destructible building.

He was capping with an open top. Cas came and scared him off the cap. Ally capped after that and he didnt get any credit.
He basically wants to get the cap reward for driving onto a cap then driving away before the cap is finished.

It’s actually proving a point I made long ago about how many actually have more issue with who is saying something, and how much they talk and mention things, compared to being about what they actually said.

You don’t get anything if you leave the cap on your own and why should you?
It is fine to be rewarded for what you capped when you die while capping, but if you just leave, there should be no rewards.

Vamilad is saying that open tops are disavantaged because they “have to” run off of caps when cas comes around.
Like all of his threads, they are just ramblings he makes after something happens in the game that he deems “bs”.

You’re the one having trouble just because some people talk a lot, and more likely try and explain to you the concepts of this game, or simple networking as a normal person whould rather than blindly blaming the game and making out that you’re being agreed with.
Open-top literally has no bearing in this in the situation as a wider issue.
Smoke launchers would be very beneficial to use if the vehicle has them yes.
Unfortunately not every vehicle has them.
Correction I captured the point and was rewarded with death by machine gun strafing.
