What’s wrong about letting people have a choice. This argument is so bad and it’s been used for years while the player count rises every year. There are more than enough players to split modes.
Wow. That’s a lot of absolute untelligent bullshit fantasy you’re talking up.
You’re obviously very mentally unwell. Should go get committed for awhile and get yourself a psychiatrist before you hurt someone. Crazy bastard.
You know how weak your it’s a game argument stand?
Well :
1st FAQ:
"What is War Thunder?
War Thunder is the largest free-to-play multiplayer online game featuring military vehicles from the early 20th century until present time. Aviation, ground vehicles, and naval forces fight together in one game and even in one battle, just as the real-life battles were fought. The appearance and characteristics of the vehicles in War Thunder are historically accurate, and their damage models are physically based."
Oh shit real life comparison is on …
And drop Javelins on tanks and trigger the Ivan’s PTSD? I love it.
Well, tough shit. War Thunder obviously isn’t the game for you, then. Feel free to move onto another game.
That line only exists for marketing purposes to impress new players. War Thunder doesn’t even try to be realistic if you compare them to actual simulators.
Nope, you can check in game description of gamemode:
So the marketing bullshit you’re talking about is your own feeling on what you want the game to be, which in fact is not what it have been designed to be.
That doesn’t include WW2 tanks fighters cold war tanks, or the whole br system in general. Even the the models and characteristics are not all correct. While this is largely true it is also at the same time, a marketing point.
This thread lmao
- 10 kills, all caps taken, spawncamping, enemy team has no tickets left
- last split-second revenge bomb
- “Why does CAS dominate Ground Battles?”
And in many cases realistic characteristics such as ammo are traded for balance
Still realife comparison sticks in.
It’s a perfect parody.
How old are you btw? You don’t seem to understand basic arguments and your username is suspicious too.
You don’t seems to read anything we give you too,… so how old are you again? (Basically useless question,… in an useless thread,…)
Doesn’t make it balanced. Like I said, air battles have ai of tanks and ships wich do so much less than real players in aircraft in naval and ground. Aircraft can be in ground battles but they need to either make a separate mode or make it harder to get into an aircraft.
They never said the game will be balanced,… there would be no war if everything was balanced.
How does that matter just read the text. This guy does nothing all game but die and is still able to spawn a CAS plane. If I used a screenshot of me dying to CAS in my spawn without doing anything would that change anything?
Btw i wish you were integrated in large air maps like we’re in small shit boxes,… would be fun to see you guys on the ground trying to run for you life on a no covered road trying to reach 50 kph while planes would take turns dropping some GBU’s for free XP.
Again, it’s a game. Not a real war. It should be balanced. And if they want realism they got to find a middle ground. The models of vehicles are mostly accurate but there are some changes like the type of ammo to make a vehicle more fair. The br system favors balance over realism(even though sometimes it isn’t balanced).
Players count is so high yet a mode like Sim and naval takes several minutes at times to find matches.
Air is obnoxious to deal with as a tank, I doubt most disagree with that statement. However they are not overpowered as people make them sound. They add a dynamic to gameplay, which would otherwise reduce itself to more egregious camping.
I’m not gonna let this quote slip by. War Thunder is an entry-level sim with a focus on accessibility. It isn’t as “detailed” as dedicated sims, sure, but saying it isn’t close to being realistic is just being dishonest.
