I am trying to buy 180 days premium time on discount since last night but it wont let me how many times i try. I wrote to support but they said wait 7 days and in 7 days the discount ends so i wonder how can i fix this problem. I ve already tried 3 different types of card and 5 different card and still getting declined please help me out with this one i am soo tired and i cant even spend money on my favorite game. I attached the decline part look at it. I am playing on pc and opening the game on launcher. Just help me thanks.
I would suggest that you call your bank my friend. This exact thing was happening to me. Calling my bank cleared it all up. Granted, it happened again several times since, but a simple phone call to my bank fixed it… again.
i already tried 3 different banks tho its probably caused by xsolla or gaijin i need customer support asap cuz i wanted to buy premium time on discount.
I’m not privy to your financial situation my friend. So, I have no idea why you are calling three separate banks.
I called the bank that issued my debit card. For me, and quite a few others, it was our banks that were blocking the deal because of anti-fraud/theft software. A simple phone call fixed the problem. Although, I’ve had to call again several times since.
The fact that my banking institution is looking out for me makes me feel a little more secure. I’d rather have to call them than wake up one day to find my account has been emptied out.
I have the same problem rn it happened in the summer too then it got fixed sometime in september now im having the same problem i talked with my bank and tried 3 different cards and a different account i think its a regional thing
It is probably an issue on the system’s side. It is not about banks declining requests.
