Dear Gaijin Company and Wt Community,
If you are reading this please help me with your wisdom im open minded and im just a player of this community since 2020. Just dont write about stuff i ve tried to solve this issue since they didnt fixed it. I am diving straight to the point.
I couldnt buy last time not diff now the gaijin store card error or whatever you call it is back with the discounts. Well when i try to buy stuff at full price the store lets me to do it but oh no i cant buy any premium time on sales. I ve done everything at this point. I ve talked with my bank, changed my bank, tried both visa and mastercard, i ve tried with credit cards, digital cards, gift cards… Well it didnt worked so what else could be the solution i ve asked myself and investigated for it for a month and found nothing. Still trying i probably tried like 1000 times at birthday sales it gave the same error back then and i just want to buy premium vehicles like everyone like i dont know what i could do i even wrote to xsolla and they didnt give a shit about my situation. I ve opened a ticket at gaijin support and they couldnt fix my problem and everytime i say i still not able to buy because of the system they just closed my ticket as solved but it didnt solved and im back here again. I bought a 3 dollars pack like a week ago and now i cant buy discounted items im just too exhausted and desperate of this and i dont know what else i can do at this point i really would like to talk with a higher moderator or vice developer cuz i ve seen a lot of people with the same issue i just want to become their voice too since no one gives the real attention to this topic fix our situation once for all
