Cant make a bug report due to screenshot field not accepting any images

I tried to make a bug report but the screenshot field wont accept any images of any size or format
I tried changing up my internet connection but nothing changes
but when I try to put screenshots in the “additional files” field it instantly accepts it just like the .clog field and dxdiag field
I also tried changing browsers but it still doesnt let me upload a screenshot

And you have grabbed the screenshot from your game folder?

What’s your resolution in game, as that could be something to do with it.

It only accepts screen shots for the screen shot folder inside of the war thunder folder.

PNG screenshots are not attached when creating a bug report. They used to be attached, but not anymore. It’s very surprising considering that the game takes screenshots in PNG format (although you can also choose JPG) and the PNG screenshots themselves weigh much less.

I’m also having the same problem, tried the same things as you and obviously made sure I’m getting screenshots from the right folder but still nothing? Did anyone find the solution?

War Thunder "Ninth Wave" - Changelog

Is there some ongoing server problem with the issue tracker? In the past hour, adding images to a report either as screenshots, historical supporting files, or drag+dropped in comments gives an error message, and the images don’t seem to parse when they finish uploading: [Screenshot 2026-05-01 180827] Have tried a couple of different browsers, logging out and back in etc. to see if it was an issue my end with the current login session, but nothing changed.

Adding images of any kind results in an error popup

It seems like the image may upload as the progress bar goes up to 100%, but is not being parsed by the report window and it seems to just get stuck with the “buffering” ring icon spinning after those errors show up.

It’s the same whether adding images by the Screenshots or Historical Files uploader. And dropping images in to the comments on another report, also throws the red “File not found” error

Ye, + is has been allready forward to the Web Devs atleast twice 1x by a Forum Mod and 1x via a Community Manager
