hello someone from gajin cann help maybe to recover acc… today in morning played everything was ok, after lunch cant log in in game because i got messaged changed region… My region is lithuania, and in my acount showing china region… so i decided payed 1 euro for enlisted gold eagles because it was only 1 way option to change region, after payment in that moment region changed in my acc lithuania, so i tried log in game but anyway i get message changed region cant log gin, so again i checked my acount and seen showing again china region and for 3 months locked to change… near my email somehow appeared second email wich is not mine and how it is in my account i dont know. first thing i cant remove it because this game is so complicated there is no option to remove unwanted email… for suport i cant write because suport disabled funcion for me to write them, because 3 years i writed them about china cheaters with swear words so they removed function for me to contatct them… and now what we have situation were china cheaters destroying game .
You’ve got to hit up support, and I’d verify you have absolute control of your primary e-mail.
Ok, so you’ll need to hit up a Support Moderator (Who-ever they may be as I have no idea who and they aren’t listed on the contact list) to get that cleared up.
And once you have control of the account, change all your passwords (I’d even change your main email password and check there’s no filters/forwards on it)

Pixel is a russian regional publisher. Like DMM in Japan.
This means that your account has been transferred to another publisher and therefore you cannot change your region.
Theoretically, you can log into the forum from the pixel account, but they have their own game client for the game. For this reason, you cannot log in to your the game account.
