My account is based in India and cannot game in game purchases here using GJN, how can I make it work?

No, account sharing is against the rules and also risk your account in general, never give out your account details to others. Changing the accounts country to circumvent pricing can also be considered fraud in some cases.
Your friend does however have the option to gift things to your account by purchasing them directly in the store as gifts or through the in-game Wishlist. If the account is a steam account gifts can be bought through steam as well.
