Point being, the term “unique” is not what most would describe Canada. Insanely under funded and old copy pasted vehicles we already have in game.
which isnt unique, thats just an imported 2a6, the upgrades have been done to other 2a6s as well
no comment about the lavs, i dont know enough about those.
but indiginous developed canadian vehicles can go to the UK without problems

well, its a point of perspective.
They dont argue that much for high / top tier.
But rather for their low to mid tiers.
Personaly issue of mine is just that gajin doesnt make money there, and those makes it unlikely to make canada a standalone. For gajin to make money they need a unique top tier they can market
The only reason i dont like the UK getting the canadians is because their getting India (russian), Australian (mixed but some US vehicles) and finally German stuff through Canada. Why play other nations just play the UK if they get every tree in one.
thats a reason why i dont like the canadian subtree idea / generaly uk egetting more and more subtrees as well.
But i dont like US subtree either.
Best is just not at all, or the vehicles go to their developer country / indiginous ones to the UK
That’s the issue. Leo in US TT would make the Germans so mad that they would start demanding Abram. I would instead prefer Canada to either completely go to Germany or be a separate tree with Australia. If not separate tree than Canada to Germany and Australia to US.

i wouldnt even be able to think how to begin to justify that outside of a polish subtree which aint happening
but canada purely to germany is a bad idea as well. We dont have anything to do with each other
They did say everyone will get a subtree at some point, just the minor nations need it more than the big 3.
i still dont agree to put germany on the same lvl as US and Russia in the modern era.
We are more similar to france and the UK.
China is rather taking the place potentialy wise.
Cause of that i dont necesarily think US /RUSSIA and even China need subtrees

They would justify addition of polish sub tree since Leo 2pl is in Germany as a squadron.

like i said, unlikely to get placed anywhere. vehicles go where they belong.
Not every nation needs to be added to war thunder as a subtree or standalone.
Besides that i personaly think nation line ups should just be removed either way as well
