I suspect he probably got dropped on his head as a baby, the guy single-handedly fails the team and wastes everybody’s time by repeatedly J out of his vehicle. You know your rule has a huge hole to patch when one idiot can decide the fate of the entire team

THAT of course won’t work and I advise strongly against such “mob justice”: We don’t inflict any punishment without proof, and such “lets band together against someone because someone else says so” would be unacceptable.
You see something you suspect is against the rules, you report it, and we deal with it. The quantity of the reports has zero importance, only the quality (proof of misbehaviour as provided by automatically generated chat log when sending a report, server replay.)
