G’day guys, firstly I want to say I’m very appreciative of the focus on Australia day and the pack bundle.
My issue is in the Portrait, having had a chance to actually look at it I realise I just spent money buying a bundle of vehicles I already have to get a portrait of a kangaroo wearing an American uniform.
I ask that someone (@Smin1080p_WT )revise the portrait and offer an alternative where the Aussie kangaroo is wearing an Australian uniform and not American.
This would be the equivalent like for like of offering this Ai generated image as the American independence day portrait.
As I’m sure you agree see it would not be very well received.
Keeping it to the same war as the image you provided maybe corporal Skippy could look more like this soldier in uniform. ( not my photo, publicly available on google)
+1 and B for effort on this year’s Oz day, great to see an event and bunch of content added. Sure would be nice if the portrait were authentic rather than an simple AI prompt devoid of historical accuracy.
The koala was good but the perfect symmetry triggers my sense of the uncanny.
I doubt this is AI, as it looks identical in style to the stuff that their artists do for Enlisted (the WW2 FPS that Gaijin also has). The rest of the points are very fair though.
It would be best to submit a bug report on this with evidence of any issues. Please feel free to send me the link afterwards and we can forward it for consideration.
