Can we get realistic track tension for tanks?

What really caught my eye is the track physics. IL-2 has modelled their tracks exceptionally well; they behave as they would in real life. War Thunder, on the other hand, has tracks that seem overly tight, making them look unrealistic and arcadey

Can Gaijin improve the tracks and make them more realistic? Even WoT does a better job than WT

Because tracks in War Thunder are purely visual things, it doesn’t interact with the environment. Both games has born from airplanes, and both gives the player ground vehicles behind a game extension. War Thunder isn’t a ground vehicle game, neither IL-2: Sturmovik. But one actually is realistic and other tries to sell this idea of “realism”.
