Yeah, I want to see all the changes reversed. These new changes and new map cut outs are GARBAGE. I enjoy this game less by the day.
The worst part is they have a few people who spout the narrative every time. If you say anything against the narrative about any changes (including the maps), they just flag you. I’m now to the point two individuals are just flagging and blocking everything I post lately. Worse I know which two.
that’s the thing.
They have become more flat, more and more peaks and ridges are getting smaller or outright removed, removing the chance for long range engagements.
I LOVE a good long range fight between 2 heavies/TD where the armor can shine a bit.
But now every bloody map is a close combat.
Okay, I understand now. That I agree with. I have a German 6.0 deck and use the Dicker Max pretty much all the time. Gun is plenty to kill, has good gunner zoom and lots of depression (like the average adult xD). It works up to 7.0, because it fits well into the new hull down map meta.
I almost never spawn in the Tiger (Porsche) or Panther F. Tho the Tiger Porsche is nice for city stuff, because people still don’t know where to shoot it and you can get out of trouble FAST.
After my first death it is Heinkel 162 time and pretty much the end of the match anyway.
Not for long until some 💩head grab a plane and bombs you, they always interfere a good duel and then ruin it and say “how dare you stop me from helping my teammates bro”
Well… let’s talk about the tank styles and their preferred map sizes. S M L.
Heavy: S L
Medium/MBT: S M L
Light tank: M L
Light wheeled vehicle: S M L
Auto light [think 2S38, VCC-80/60, and HSTVL]: S M
IFV: S L
So you can tell that people prefer short range.
And a missing letter doesn’t necessarily mean that tank is terrible, it just means it’s not ideal.
A light tank in a short range engagement will do better than an auto-light in a long range engagement.
Of course maps are larger than ever before. All the smallest maps in WT are pre-2020.
Here’s your pole . . .
no thanks are required . . . .
It’s stupid. I want it back to how it was.
