Can radar targets in air combat mode be allowed to enter land combat and provide shared radar information for the entire ground combat teamt

In aerial combat mode, ground units appear as radars, but they do not have actual functionality. But can we let him enter modern ground combat to function as a fixed ground target that can also be destroyed but can provide radar signals for teammates

In the game, there are gaps in the air defense TT of many countries, but in reality, they do not lack corresponding technical level air defense vehicles. It is just that they lack search radar and can only add vehicles with built-in search radar like PantsirS1 in the game. So can we add radar vehicles to the helicopter airport in the game to provide radar information to SPAA or even other vehicles and aircraft without search radar, so that more technically capable real-life SPAA can enter the game

This is a real suggestion to make as then CAS could have a reason to spawn and protect that radar station for the rest of the team.

However I’d feel it’d end up the same way as the old artillery units on the map in Ground, that if you took them out then people were complaining as to why they can’t bring artillery in.

I would say larger maps maps to make this really work well but really cool idea. In ground battles there is also the case that player controlled aircraft and ground can share info, though I would not add full link-16 esque capabilities to aid in FnF, etc.

You have my vote.

Information sharing and data links are truly a rich gameplay worth exploring. Imagine your drone guiding your teammates to Hellfire, Brimstone, and even GB1000 and KAB1500L. Or you can share the images you see in the sky with your ground teammates in the upper right corner instead of struggling to type and communicate with teammates who don’t speak the same language. Well, this may be a bit OP, but it’s really cool, isn’t it

I think modern artillery can actually be incorporated into the game. Modern self-propelled artillery can adjust the initial velocity of shells through modular propellants, and with GPS or laser guided shells, it may be possible to achieve precise curved firing requirements in top-level combat. Modern self-propelled artillery equipped with artillery drones can fine tune the muzzle pointing on the drone interface, set to BR 10.0 to 12.0. BR above 11.0 can issue guided shells while the drone can provide GPS marking and laser guidance functions
Of course, some people may complain that artillery’s one-way strike capability is too OP, but airplanes also have this ability. Since the KH38, which can avoid obstacles and smoke screens, is not considered OP, there is no reason to say artillery OP. Of course, artillery can no longer be used as a regular ground unit and requires a higher birth point, which cannot be used at the beginning. Don’t you think it would be fun to have a cannon that can propel and occupy point D on the ground like an MBT, even with aircraft like support functions

This actually sounds like a good feature bro I will definitely vote for “destructible artillery units” update, it will also affects the number of artillery shell based on how many units were left undamaged. And airfield should be destructible too to deny landing and rearm/repair lol

Ah, I misunderstood. I thought you wanted modern artillery that could be operated, buddy. My English is a bit weak

Even I think ballistic missile launchers in air combat mode can also join land warfare. If they fail to destroy them within the first 10 minutes, they can provide precise missile support for the land warfare battlefield, referencing high yield air missiles to clear difficult to capture strongholds

Nah, they used to actually have what I mentioned, and it got removed… We used to fly past the battlefield and go out and search for it.

It used to be a thing… It should fully be brought back.

And this radar unit could be the same deal, AI, sitting somewhere not highlighted, once found then it could be.

It was so long ago, and it was only in for a few months or something.
