Can I share a replay with a possible cheater?

I just want to have people’s opinions about some player’s sketchy behaviour to see if he was cheating, but I am not sure if it is allowed

If you suspect you should just report using the in game/replay function giving your reasons for the suspicion.

The people who look at such reports likely have tools to check cheating.

Discussion of the topic is pretty much not allowed. As @Josephs_Piano stated - use the reporting function if it is suspected.

You might consider asking in the academy section how to deal in a specific combat scenario (using the replay link) vs a specific opponent - this might have a similar effect, but it is allowed…

You need to use the Streams and Replay function under the Community tab in-game. Note the time of the incident or incidents in the comments when you report the player.
