Things do happen, you are just impatient/reporting the wrong things.
Applications open from time to time and are not currently open.
In regards to reports they get handled quickly, Suggesting GM’s ignore racist or toxic people is a little absurd. You either reported the wrong person or it failed to register due to server issues.

it would be a little too much to tell directly the WT players if the player they reported was breaking the rules and was banned or not.
they’re doing something wrong, ofc, but privacy is also something all people deserve.
When we are requiting there will be a post about it here on the forums.
It can take a while for us to get to and handle a specific report depending on how much we have to do, sometimes up to two weeks.
We do not disclose the punishments of others and if you mean the automatic notification then that is only sent to the player whose specific report we use for the punishment. So if 10 players all report the same offender then only one of those players will get the automatic notification and the other 9 will not. So not getting the notification does not mean that something hasn’t been done.

Gaijin can consider retiring those inactive/busy mods and hire more active players.
