You can have skins used on a minor variant of another vehicle labeled as semi-historical. You can have skins used by a country labeled as fictional. You can have skins of a completely different vehicle labeled as historical. Something needs to be done when you can pay real money for these skins and how they are labeled affects how they can be displayed in game.
