Yes. It technically can as an alternate firing mode IRL. But it usually results in worse accuracy (from the high recoil shaking of the 30mm guns).
You might want to clarify how it should fire both, because the FCS is a Switch for either 1 ir the other gun, but not 2… also every Videos aviable show it firing only 1…
don’t really want it to fire both at the same time for ingame purposes too
that forces you to take only one type of belt and halves the Fire time
Wont happen anyway, because IRL its not possible to fire both at the same time

It can’t.
There is a two-way switch for selecting the gun/belt (and thereby ammo type).
Either : ОТ / ОФЗ (afaik mixed sometimes)
or: БТ / БПС (not mixed due to different MV of 3UBR8 and 3UBR10 [1120m/s vs 970m/s])
