Can any body help me woth hotas

Hello community, first of all id like to say happy new year to everybody, secondly please can anybody guide me to a good video on hotas set up or even like erm a diagram or something because I’m really struggling to get it set up properly and also im not sure of what some of the setting actually mean or don’t fully understand some of them, i know that sounds a bit stupid
Be any help would really be appreciated

This guy made the tutorial that helped me get into sim with MKB, I imagine his HOTAS tutorial will be just as good:

Also I recommend Wingaling’s channel for basic mechanics in general.
