You can check how much you need by clicking on the BVM, then clicking “crew”, and it should display on the bottom of the popped up window.
Doesnt display for me yet because im dont have high enough level

Just level up first then.
Having premiums also sped up the process, one good match you earn about 7k rp for the crew.
