nope not at the moment currently still waiting on my ticket to be answered its been 2 days but i’ve heard that they don’t offer support on the weekends? so guess we gotta wait till monday haha

i play war thunder over steam but i log in with my details not over steam login but rather my normal login
Then you’re not using steam to launch it… Don’t fire up the launcher, fire up the game itself in the steam library and it should log in with your credentials.
that’s what i did but the packs aren’t there which confuses me cause i’ve bought packs over steam before then started it over steam logged in with my details like i always do and those packs were there but for some reason those 4 packs are just not? thats why im so confused cause i’ve done it before without issues
Did you get into your actual account or another? Check your levels and stats.
yea fully my account level 100 etc but still no packs and still no response on support its been 4 days now

There could be a mod to contact in the Who is who and Reporting Procedure post. Ok, no moderators as such, just hold tight on the support ticket and see when they respond.

Did you try that folder move suggestion from earlier?
It’s good to know how your settings and such work. (You won’t lose anything, it’s just gonna set everything to default in your controls or your graphics settings.)
