so like 4 packs got gifted to me by my gf cause i bought her a few games and she just wanted to return the favor now i haven’t received those packs even tho my wt was connected to my steam but now i checked and its not anymore?? even tho i never unlinked it? is it possible they can switch those packs to my account or did my gf literally just spend 120 euros for absolutely nothing?

I had a similar issue and I was told:
Doing that fixed the issue for me, just moving the folder to the desktop, launching the game though steam and then moving the folder back after. Give that a try.
will my game and account etc will be the same so nothing will change and i will get those 4 packs?
It should stay the same yes, so long as you login the same way
I had to log in through steam to get steam packs to show up ages ago when I got some (I dont use steam for WT). Nothing on your account will change but the packs will be there

nope not at the moment currently still waiting on my ticket to be answered its been 2 days but i’ve heard that they don’t offer support on the weekends? so guess we gotta wait till monday haha
