If you took all 16 players from a Warthunder team in any given battle and tasked them to make toast with butter on it - I guarantee you would end up with 16 slices of toast but no-one to butter it.

join the thousands making toast and maybe 1 or 2 will pop up every now and then and butter it for you. Hopefully. Maybe. As long as it’s not me right? - no offense to you mate, just making a point.
But the butter is clearly stored in the enemy spawn so we all need to charge in to get it first.

it’s not. It is in the butter container that is next to you. Just grab a knife and spread it.
Mine is in the fridge, but most players seem to keep it in the enemy spawn, it must be a big chunk of butter to, because they need 2/3rds of the team to go get it out.

I cannot disagree with your sentiment.
-1, Did not understand this suggestion and how will this effect the game. So IMO this should not be added to the game
