Bug volunteer unfairly closed report

I reported that the B-66 has no bomber spawn on any map as a bug.

I also stated that if (for whatever reason) it isn’t a bug, That id like to be giving the changelog to confirm it.

ALL bombers get bomber spawn in WT except the B-66.

I believe this closing of the report is unfair.

I don’t know the facts for this one but i’ve seen players complain that other bombers also spawn on the runway instead of in the air.

Judging by the answer it seems to be intended so thus isn’t a bug and changing it would be a suggestion and not a bug report.

But you can message the Technical Moderators to ask them about it. You can find all the teams and the areas they handle listed here: (Who is who and Reporting Procedure). If you don’t get an answer within a few days you can add more moderators from the list to the original message instead of sending a new message (that way you preserve the date of the message and it doesn’t look like a new request), adding one of the moderators to the message every 2-3 days or so until you get an answer.

Please do not to add the seniors until you have tried all other regular moderators, the Seniors likely won’t answer unless they are added and pinged by the regular moderators but if you’ve added all the regular moderators with no answer then you can add the seniors.

Its not a bug though. The vautour gets no airspawn either. It is intended behaviour for high rank bombers. It sucks but not a bug.

Could I see the changelog for this please?

Wdym changelog? It’s been like that for years. Unless the b65 had an airspawn before

I’ve also played the Canberras and B-52/TU-95. No issue with ground spawning on those.

Literally every single bomber I’ve played so far has air spawn.

The only air spawn related thing I remember was high-tier attackers losing airspawn. Never anything for bombers

Yeah well it clearly shows you have not played any other high tier bombers. Canberras are rank V while the B66 and vautours and yak28b are rank VI. Once you reach rank VI planes do not get airspawns anymore. The only reason the b52 and tu95 do is because they are special in the sense that they are freaking enormous and get airspawn to not cause issues with takeoff and trying to climb to altitude.

That could well be the case but unless I see it in a changelog, I won’t believe it. Sorry but I do appreciate your explanation

Why would it it be in a changelog when nothing has changed?

I ask you again did or did not the B66 have airspawn before???

Why would it be in a changelog if it’s always been like that?

Contradictory statements.

I’m fully aware of Attackers at rank VI and above losing air spawn but not for bombers

Anymore was meant as in comparison to rank V and lower. Youjust misunderstood.

How could I misunderstand?

Anymore implies that they once did have airspawn and that changed.

Well call it a gap in your knowledge and move on. It’s always been the case. Not that I agree with it or like it it’s just simply the case it is not a bug and your report got closed justifiably.

No it was just phrased badly. My bad, should have been more clear, I have edited my reply to what I actually meant with it.

A) I distinctly remember a change where attackers specifically lost their airspawn at higher ranks.

B) Would you call the volunteers response sufficient?

Edit : Because to me. ‘Go make a suggestion’ is not sufficient. It’s unclear and doesn’t explain why it’s not a bug.

Assuming what I’ve been told is correct: ‘This is not a bug. B-66 and other rank VI bombers no longer / never receive an airspawn by intention. Here’s a statement / changelog supporting this and if you’d like to suggest this be changed, you must make it in the forums’ would be a much better response

I get their volunteers but c’mon

Thank you. I do appreciate it

Try to find it and see if it includes bombers as well. It might just mention complete removal of airspawns on rank VI.

Yes. It could have done with a clarification this is intended behaviour but it did ahow its not a bug and pointed you to where you can suggest an improvement.
