BUG:The air-to-air missile Rb71 proximity attack function disappeared

JA37C use Rb71dogfight or call it SkyFlash（DF），the Rb71 proximity attack function disappeared.Please fix it.

My dude quite literally this update broke all missiles. None of them work like they should.
