its literal thrust to weight is above 1 it shouldn’t be speed bleeding that much at all

You’re dumb.
A plane needs to make a certain amount of lift to make a turn. The resulting drag force has to be balanced by thrust to be sustained.
So in a given turn; the lifting area is bigger/more efficient, the required angle of attack reduces.
If the plane is doing backflips your idea is right.

This is from 1985 right? I believe those numbers on the MiG-29 and Su-27 are US estimates, not testing data.

only at very low fuel, it has a lower than 1:1 TWR at higher fuel loads and is always worse TWR than F-15
- J-11, J-11A, Su-27, Su-27SM, Su-34:
- wing arm lateral coordinate adjusted from 1.95 to 2.5
- will mean overall more stable pitching feeling, a bit worse roll rate
- fuselage arm longitudinal coordinate adjusted from 1.1 to 0.3
- vertical stabiliser arm longitudinal coordinate adjusted from 1.2 to 0.6
- both of these will result in overall heavier yawing feel, can no longer rudder, roll and pitch into cobras as easily as before
- aileron sensitivity multiplier from M0.5 onwards increased
- increased roll rate/increased aileron effectiveness
- yaw sensitivity increased from 0.25 to 0.3
- increased rudder effectiveness
- wing arm lateral coordinate adjusted from 1.95 to 2.5

su-27 should definitely be beating the F15 in a dogfight it was literally designed for it buff these airframes immediately
