Buccaneer S.2B can mounts bombs or additional fuel tank in belly space. I load bombs but the additional fuel tank is still there.
The reason for this is that the fuel tank is in the big bulge underneath the fuselage, take a look at the buccaneer S.1 or 2 which doesnt have the extra fuel tank and you will see that it lacks the bulge under its bomb bay
TL;DR, the bombs are above the fuel tank, the tank does not affect the bomb bay in any way
