Two more Seafire FR 47 reports were accepted today; fuel and payload mass.
Thanks guys for the support, hopefully the bombs report also goes through and it gets a big overhaul soon.

Bombs report for Seafire FR 47 accepted!
Reminder that the FR 47 would benefit from the bug report Late MC 500 bomb incorrect by getting a new filler consisting of 108.8 kg of Minol 2, which rivals the US AN-GP 500 lb Tritonal bomb for TNTe. The early 500 lb MC would then get the 107.5 kg RDX/TNT filler currently used by the late bomb.

Also just to note that the Mk VI M.C is better because it’s lighter while also being able to hold that same 240lb (108.86kg) or Minol 2 which has the exact same TNTe of Torpex 2 (1.63) giving us a net TNTe of 177.45kg of explosive power which is marginally higher than the US AN-M64A1 at 162.8.

I don’t think INS error should continue to be treated as an uncorrected offset once the missile has acquired a target with its active seeker. INS drift exists because the missile is dead reckoning, but once radar or laser tracking data is available, that becomes the most accurate reference. If lock is lost in the terminal phase, the missile should continue towards the last tracked target position rather than reverting to an older INS-derived location that was generated before acquiring the target. Otherwise the guidance system is effectively discarding valid target data it already received.
Let alone the pretty reasonable debate that in 99.99% of cases, the MMW would take over (given the targets in-game are vehicles and not buildings or infantry), so whilst that isnt modeled, they could have 0 drift IOG for the last 9km of flight or something to just psuedo model that
hmm would be interesting but people would cry that brimstone would be op
They already do for some reason
Already hardly kills with it’s weaker payload.
true that, but oh well the empire shall strike back one day lol
Gonna bring this up here as well because why not.
Gaijin, in their infinite wisdom, managed to copypaste far too hard and has reverted the wildcat and AH Mk.2 to using American avionics (which are worse…)
This takes away the advantage the AH Mk.2 had over the US 64E, and kneecaps further the already mediocre wildcat.
Im sorry what the hell is that?

theres 30mm HEAT for alpha jets? As if those damned things werent annoyingly OP enough
our apache mk2 irl are basically ah64e, we haven’t modified them this time round unlike the original ones
Uh, 99% sure we have, not as extensively, got the same engines this time round, but fairly certain RWR if nothing is else is different
Edit: Thought I recalled a post from Gunjob on some of the differences
So decided to check the state of tornado in NE; Is ALARM just useless? Seems to do sod all at point blank, and miss anything further out than point blank.
Stratus LO : more than x2 in terms of range compared to Storm Shadow/SCALP (1200km ~+)
And not much to say except that antiship mission is secondary.
Stratus RS : way more than x3 compared to exocet (800km ~+ and fit a recent document), liquid fueled ramjet.
Same seeker and payload (200kg) for for all missions (it is also supposed to hit radar that never emitted and multiple target at the same time but otherwise it’s aesa with sar + ins/gnss).
And still very high maneuverability despite it’s speed.
No more italian work on Stratus RS so it’s gonna be Thales seeker.
Potential booster for naval launch VLS/ramp and maybe ground launch, submarine launch not possible in case of.
For now all countries are only interested in the missile they are focusing on, and Stratus family should be able to be launched from as much platforms as possible (read this into a400m etc…).
And i guess it should be a good secondary source as it’s what MBDA said to them.
Should be Sky Guardian 200-D according to some articles.
Should also be on the AW159 Wildcat, and in the future if they follow through with adding cargo helicopters on the AW101 Merlin, Puma HC.2, and the Chinook HC.6.
8-10km ripple fired seems okay
Ive been running 2x 9M, 4x ALARM, 4x PW4 for a bit of flexibility and a bit more fun, and usually get 2-3 OSA kills with the ALARMs. Though was also doing it with @Beeschurger shaped bait which probably helped a bit too.

You cant deny the setup we were running was suprisingly effective.
Yeah it was, just need the buildings to be more vulnerable to damage and then my PW4 volleys would be the cherry on top
Im afraid we would be blitzing through the enemy lines too fast lmao
