Wildcat firing at a ground (sea) target while hovering, which it cannot do ingame, these are from the same video
you can just launch straight and dip down
That could work, I’ll have a think about what the options are
If you want to fire a follow up shot, then you will have to manually move your helicopter to fire every shot, which is extremely impractical
Someone needs to figure out the type of buttons on his suit so they can figure out the dimensions of that brick :p
The LMM features three distinct warheads. I wonder if this could be implemented in‑game.
then your report would be about fire control system not this missile in particular. Idk why you latched on right now not when it was added years ago.
Note this will buff every single other vehicle (which is mostly russian helis) so have fun!
I don’t see your point, the Wildcat and Martlet are both brand new to the game? As you also showed the Martlet, which is an evolution of the Starstreak, has a completely different launch window for seemingly no reason. It seems they just ported over the 5 degree value from the Vikhr as that is the most similar missile ingame to the Martlet, despite is being from a completely different nation.
Also, I couldn’t care less if they implement the change onto Russian helis, as you’ve already shown the KA50 for example is barely impacted by the Vikhrs current launch window at all due to the pylons being able to move.
I believe gaijin are aware of this, as well as the potential for an IR seeker, but they want to implement the production variant of the missile
Ultimately it might aswell be SALH Martlet, you don’t know
The point is to show its absolutely a real problem with beamriders that has to be solved. The missile needs to be steered down either way
So, Hypothetically, if the CA-27 got Firestreaks, do you think its BR would increase?
I feel it’s time for them to push this forward.

Or even just getting 6x AGM-88C if nothing else. Though should have gotten AARGM this update
But yeah.
Tornado GR1
Harrier GR7 (maybe also T10)
Typhoon.
Should have gotten ALARM this update
They aren’t going to give the Tornado GR‑1 the ALARM anymore. However, we can still push for it on the Harrier GR7 and Typhoon FGR4, as well as the AGM‑45 for the Harrier GR3. I think they will reject the proposal to implement the theoretical maximum 6‑AGM‑88C load‑out for the Typhoon on the grounds that it would make the aircraft too overpowered.
AS.37s for the SHar are an option too.
Given that the F-18E/F has 6x AARGM-ER. I dont see how 6x AGM-88C could be considered OP, when the devs themselves admitted AGM-88C was too weak for the BR compared to the KH-31
Against what? The waves of Pantsir SVs that just shoot down every missile you lob at them.
Perhaps they have forgotten about the Sea Harrier. Hopefully they can add it in this test server, instead of continuing to selectively ignore it. They already have copy‑paste‑ready data, so why keep dragging their feet
They are being somewhat double‑standard when it comes to their so‑called weapon‑trading balance, and their previous “technical feasibility” arguments demonstrate this point.
it is finally getting a better RWR…
But yeah… Not even gotten Seagles yet
let alone EEGS
There’s nothing you can do if Gaijin doesn’t want to give it to you. What’s more, the Pantsir‑SV might just shoot you down as well while it’s at it.
What is EEGS? Sorry if it’s something obvious lol
