British Weapon Systems - Technical data and discussion

Assuming you mean Martel, but no didn’t see either myself.

Why bother it will be just another British system nerfed.

“We dont believe it can loiter”

You’re correct, I did mean martel, at what point do the british run out of birds to name their missiles after?

By the time we can reasonably re-use names like Typhoon, Tornado, Nimrod, Lightning,

Need to bring back Kestrel and Hurricane as well as Spitfire

Still waiting for them to name something like a nuclear bomb called “The Goose” or “Swan”

So where are we thinking the M1A2 is going to be in the tech tree, at the end of the Vickers line?

its following the Mk.7

also, if the anti-ERA performance of the M829A3 is a new feature to the game, could we bug report L27A1 to get it as well?

I’m cooked

Time to bug report

saw someone (i think it was you actually) mention the T-80U purchase, so I’ve grabbed screenshots from the live server protection analysis of M829A2 (just to check how different it is), DM53, and L27A1 against the T-80U, as well as against T-90M

CR2 now has the steering module. Although the internal structure is correct, I would prefer that damage to this module does not affect the rotation of the turret, just like the hydraulic pump module in CR1. But now, as long as this module is damaged (even just the connecting rod in the middle), the turret cannot rotate. This is a very bad change.

doesn’t look like L27A1 got anti-ERA capability after all.

just to clarify, the rod there isn’t part of the damage/collision model. you can see it but it can’t be damaged.

not that it matters, rounds will still go clean through the mantlet and destroy both electronics and FCS, as well as the usual 2+ crew members killed, which will stop your turret traversing for a while anyways.
