This is probably because half the armour is still aluminium.

Yes, the ufp fell off again. They need to screw it up properly.
The engine cover is gone again, added 44mm of 7039 on the rear (can only be seen through the gaping hole in the engine block), 25mm of steel on the back-door, you can now see that the base armour of the driver’s side of the front is 38mm of 7039 with 12mm RHA applique, same for the hull roof. Turret applique is now counted as external armour showing that most of the turret is a base layer of 10mm of 7039 with 20mm of 7039 ontop. Think the turret might be missing some applique coverage on the roof too?
Also its still missing alot of ammo from what I’ve read up it has 140 rounds in the ready rack and 400 rounds inside the hull ?? Does anyone have any more information that backs this up ??
btw to you and everyone else, since the ufp is missing you can check both sides of the rear plate and notice it’s double layered(!!) giving it quite incredible strength actually
Maybe if you stuffed the whole hull stowage with ammunition boxes.
Otherwise, it’s the Armoured Fighting Vehicles Schools Regiment down at Bovington, giving the numbers bottom-right

Starting to suspect most of the vehicle should be thin RHA with HHRA applique, the aluminium values seem way too thick for the actual visible thickness in most of the photos.

So far I’m pleasantly surprised with Ajax armour, the sight change is very welcome, 6x would have been awful.
Just need the spall liners and it’s should be a nice edition. Finally some nice food.
