There was a job posting on the DWP website looking for people to inspect the installation of spall liners and other fittings on Ajax down at St Asaph

link is dead now though, since the vacancy closed

well…

also

does the firerate seem… slower then 200 rpm to anyone?

It’s what NAO doesn’t say that makes it an effective report.

That being said, Ajax is well on the way to making the Nimrod AEW.3/MRA.4 look like a procurement masterclass.

The old ones do too, on the outermost pylons, just not removable

no no no
His turret armor has been made very perfect, and it seems to be absolutely finished.

I think the firerate is fine, if you’re use to a CV90 for example it will certainly feel slower (as it is lol)

Best thing to do would be make a bug report then.

I am in China, and it is very difficult for me to find formal information about Ajax to write a report. So if you are free and willing, you can find someone to write a report, or you can do it yourself.

Yes for some reason it’s stock reload with crew is slower at 150rpm.

The gun doesn’t kill quickly you will burn through that

Good news

The AJAX should hopefully get its weight reduced to 38 tonnes

holy scimitar

Few extra images in FV107 Scimitar: Single-Edged Sword! - #510 by Caernarvon02

All of them apart from the Sabre need the defunct NV sight shutter closed though. As I showed before, since thermal channels were added for the gunner peris, the housing next to the gun just holds a coolant reservoir

i.e. having it open serves no purpose
