I’m not that bothered as IR guided ATGMs barely work ingame and just hugely raise vehicles BRs
We can get the AJAX IFV with javelins later, I get why people want them ingame on this AJAX tho they are cool

going off the Badger which is at 9.0 then we can guess the AJAX is gonna be like 9.0-10.0 range and we already know the ammo sucks for this gun. With missile it could at least defend its self
This thing will be 10.3 minimum imo. Should be somewhat equivalent to Strf9040s at a similar BR

10.0-10.3 as its a british peer to the CV9040 (the vehicle we should have bought instead) but it has a much better power to weight ratio meaning it probs would be highrr

Do hope they will add the BlackJack version with ironfist and Javelin in January. But Im mostly hyped for Prince of Wales.
Just a shame they went with PoW, given its the only one of the 5 that didnt get late war upgrades

so AJAX is gonna be 37 or 42 tonnes with 800bhp so thats like 18/21ish hp/t comparing that a clean CR2 is 18hp/t and a leopard 2 is 25/27 hp/t i dont expect it to be fast

Which shouldnt be too bad.
The CV9040C at 10.3 in the Swedish tree has a hp/t of 19.3
If its in the slightly lighter config it will actually be faster than the 9040C, if its in the heavier config then it will be slightly slower.
But that weight should hopefully come at being more survivable.
Compared to the Desert Warrior which is mostly only good as a TOW slinger, im looking forward to the Ajax. Especially as I usually only play 10.3 or 10.7 anyway and so an Ajax IFV or Blackjax with Javelin wouldnt get touched much, I was always hoping for both, not just the later option.
Couple with the really modern equipment and hopefully a solid selection of shell types. It could be a really really fun option in our actually quite decent 10.3/10.7 lineups
So wouldnt htat be the lower wieght model then?
Though I wouldnt take the teaser as gospel of what is to come, might be a case where the addon armour is a mod like we have on the Warriors

On a related note, do we have any idea what the gunner sights for CR3/Ajax look like? I know there was a demonstration of the CR3’s hybrid periscope/camera system for the driver so I’m hoping there’s something out there that shows the GPS reticle
