I was looking over some Fox documents posted here earlier and found out the Fox is over 400kg overweight ingame, presumably from eating too many chickens, please “i have the same issue” if you can :) ty

Good news/Bad news
Yay Hawk!!

Bad news: It’s ZH200, so no radar or wing-tip rails

tv(?) guided AGM’s though.

Yeah Mavs, iirc IRL the limit is 2, but that’s on the later model with a different AAM arrangement, so this might get 4

I’m still very happy to see it, hopefully we can get the RADAR version later on

So we know what Mavericks it gets?

Britain used Gs, and had clearance for Ds and Es iirc (hence why GR.7 has them), so one/more them

Up to gaijin really, but the Indoesians use Gs iirc

Yay for internal 25mm guns though. Not the draggy 30mm gunpod
The twin sidewinder rail demonstrated on the Hawk T.1 would have been nice

Maybe we’ll get the one with radar and wingtip rails as an Oman premium one day, if Japan’s getting Indonesia and Malaysia

Im wondering if we can get the Aim-9s dropped to Aim-9Gs for a really solid 10.0 rather than a weaker FRS1

I imagine it will be better than the FRS.1 due to the fact it will be a much better sustained dogfighter, also, it wont have the insane IR signature of the Harriers. The ADEN 25s are also amazing guns, much better than the ADEN 30s.

The FRS.1 has great engine power, but loses its speed very quickly which leaves you vulnerable.

I’m hoping its around 10.7 in air and ground, then Britain will get a AGM-65 armed aircraft to support the amazing 10.7 ground lineup which I dont believe we have at the moment.

True, I guess we’ll have to wait and see

shh don’t let matrix see that

Assisting in more rate

Hawk’s flight performance isn’t meant to be spectacular at all either

at a much larger pricepoint, with significantly less availability in god knows how long

14.5°/s STR and 22°/s ITR at sea level with 2 Sidewinders and 60% fuel.

what br do we think the hawk will be in grb?

also what are the specs of its rwr? (band coverage and identification)

RWR I think is Sky Guardian so the same RWR in the AV-8Ss and Sea Harrier FA2 (though dont quote me on that)

So if im not wrong:

as for BR… Assuming 2x AGM-65Bs? as the best A2G fit… Should be 10.3/10.7 based upon aircraft like the A-10. But with Gaijin, you never know

ah ok so sidegrade to the jag then maybe

Im looking at it more like a better multirole version of the Buc S2B / Sea Harrier FRS1e with guided A2G but essentialy

ive religiously used the jag in grb up until they bugged LGBUS so having mavs would be rather nice

however afaik the hawk cant take phimat so ill be losing out on countermeasures

Yeah, GR1A is my go to as well and yeah, that bug is driving me nuts.

and yeah, where the Jag is good as a high alt GBU dropper with a lot of Chaff to help cover it. The Hawk is gunna be a low BR version of the Harrier T10/Gr7. Low, fast, hack and slash attacks with AGM-65
