I’m still waiting for the British “Light Case” bombs (White Phosphorus)
They’d be very nice in removing bases. Though a buff to the bombs would be very nice.

Replacing the explosive in the 500lb M.C bomb would make it equal to the American 500lb AN bomb while being lighter.

B-29 have M56 bombs like Mk IV
I just thought about the flight of 3-4 Lancasters that can simply “delete” Airfield in simulation modes at once
Well a month on and still no comment from gaijin on my report.

Also sadly still unable to find much other info on the subject of alternative gun systems useable by the strikemaster. RIP me xD (i give up, gl if anyone else takes up the chase)
Poke me in the evening.
Poke
RARDEN my beloved 30mm is missing its 90 RPM fire rate and 6 round clips.
Potentially missing its dispersion as well 1x1 meter at 1000 meters.
Looks like John beat me to it xD
This is due to the 90rpm being more a “theoretical max”, which I know, others often get but the UK hasnt for RARDEN.
80 RPM is fine, but yeah dispersion is a bit eh, also sadge on the amount of shell shatter.
Watch this, 90 is confirmed by multiple sources. At 1000 meters you should basically be able to get every round into that silly little IR light on Russian turrets. Yet its hard to even get them to consistently hit the UFP.
Cheers for putting it forward, at least I know my little bit of cash spending got some use out of it xD
I know its a long shot but at least there is now a chance xD
eh not quite,
Rarden is loaded with a 3 round clip, the gun can hold two, three round clips for a total of six rounds ready to fire. However you must load another clip after the first clip is depleted otherwise you have to cock the gun again which takes a hot minute. So doctrine is to fire off three rounds, load three rounds, fire off three rounds etc, always leaving a clip in the gun. Originally the warrior had 6 round belts with a longer reload, with the Fox they changed all rardens to 3 round clips with a pretty quick reload, it’s IMO significantly better.
mmm, that might be because of a lesser know mechanic in WT, if you’re holding fire when the gun reloads, you get worse dispersion, which stacks over time. This applies to intraclip/belt reloads (aswell as generally). Personally I have found single shots to be pretty much exactly where I’m aiming.
I only test dispersion in single round shots. I can confidently say at 1 click the rounds fired 10 or more will not have a grouping of less than 1x1 meter. The Rarden cannon has sub 1 MILRAD accuracy at 1000 meters. To put that into perspective a precision rifle is considered impressive if it has sub 1 MOA precision at just 100 yards. Mrad and MOA are very similar just used for different measurements meters vs yards.
I don’t think that is possible due to the basic workings of the gun as the feed chute is only wide enough for 3 rounds.
I meant in game
So fire two clips, load 2 clips
I see Technically you should have an option to load 3 or 6 rounds for the auto feed. With 90RPM being the fire rate. 3 than reload is honestly fine with me as well would just be nice to see both modeled.
The Accuracy is definitely lacking. Every round fired from 1000 meters would all land withing an area 1/3 the size of a T-72 front plate. Every shot zero outliers. The Rarden was remarkable in its accuracy.
Im just going to leave this here
