My impressions after half spading the AJAX are its pretty good, miles better than the Desert Warrior
The BMPT kinda ruins the 10.3 mm but ive still enjoyed it and im not even spaded

whats good about the armour for the ajax tho is 30mm apds cant pen it frontaly +500m
Yeah, the BMPT can’t pen your frontal hull at all even at close range. The frontal hull can even bounce the 57mm AP from the Bagel panzer.
They have also seperated the ammo from the crew now, which is nice, im not sure if it works as blowout panels though
The main issue is the mantlet is only 20mm of RHA so its really easy to get penned there by low caliber autocannons
Is the separation just not visible on the x-ray, or did they backtrack it?
not visible on xray, if you shoot the vehicle in protection analysis you can see it
Aim-9Ms are really really broken at hte moment. Had a few go for flares even in rear aspect and then I just had this:

Even AIM-9B’s manage to actually track a target even if they are easily defeated. But it’s not like you even need to do anything to defeat a 9M just fly in a straight line and it defeats itself.
Hell you’re better off just using 9L’s over 9M’s currently.

Anybody else having issues with Ajax after repairing? Turret going crazy up/down or side to side whilst repairing then getting stuck in position post repair? Then asking you to press F to repair but not letting you?

Ajax might be the most fun Ive had in a British IFV in a while. Also face tanks the 30mm on BMPT and BMP-2 like a champ.
Also its really nippy and maneuverable.
Side effect is I’m now deaf. 10/10

I agree but its laser warning receiver isn’t working for me and its still missing its spall liner !!
Played all my matches with it on dev with the volume set to 100% for lore accuracy.
