Just tried in the test drive and to be honest it seems exactly the same, direct hits do no damage to the IL-28 and it took me 5-6 missiles to take the Scout helicopter down.
I think you may have just got lucky haha

This isn’t my report of course, but this quite clearly shows the Tortoise is massively underperforming in terms of armour. I really hope they fix the armour following this report as it would make the tortoise almost on par with the T-95 in terms of armour
It would completely remove several of its weak spots such as the flat part of the left side superstructure, which is currently 152mm flat, with this going up to around 255-260mm of armour. The flat part around the gun which is 215mm would also go up to 294mm, not much is going through that.

Gaijin really aren’t great at modelling cast British vehicles
They genuinely dislike British stuff IMO. They give them 0 effort when compared to say USA USSR germany.

Sadly the US and Russian community have a lot more voices than the British community to complain to gaijin with
I reported the FV-4005s top speed being too low three months ago, still no change after two major updates, its just changing a number gaijin :(

very true all I want is them to complain about the 4-5 harriers they have
US players don’t seem to have much care for the Harrier sadly, they’ve got plenty of other options unlike the British tree
Its because it was modeled wrong, so they played it once went this thing is ass and than never touched it again.
The Harrier 2 is actually capable of going toe to toe with the Typhoon in a close combat situation AND its still artificially limited and nerfed.
The Harrier 2 comfortably turns inside the Typhoon at a similar rate all the while being artificially limited to 18 degrees AOA when IRL it can do like 30 comfortably.
While having 300+ FPM climb to spare…

Even before the buffs the Harrier IIs were pretty good, now they’re great.
It’s a shame the buffs weren’t in the changelogs, as most people genuinely just don’t realise they got buffed. The 9.7 Harriers are absolutely amazing atm and nobody seems to know.

Yes they are practically untouchable if you know their strengths. In a down tier its a little unfair lol.
Wonder how long till people realize and complain.
I have been consistently gunning down the F-5 and MiG-21 when before they where my worst nightmare.
A pity that it’s still outputs four times as much heat apparently.
Or more lol. Males playing it a little bit frustrating.
Definitely not updated, took 6 missiles to critical and aircraft and 4 to knock out a drone… Which still had to crash as it still wasn’t damaged enough to count as a kill prior.
Made it for the pommies, drink enough and it’ll eventually look accurate enough.
Is sad also the line thickened is really distracting
The fox and scimitar getting their traverse speed halved because one guy made a bug report about how he “feels” it isn’t right whilst also admitting he doesn’t have any evidence for his feelings. Reminds me of pic related, must’ve just been very high quality “feelings” or the threshold is subterranean when it suits.
Both funny and sad at the same time.

This video about the issue with the Rapier is interesting. He reduces the trigger radius from 4m to 60cm, yet the problem still persists (00:53). The missile only starts working better when increasing the number of fragments (01:50), which is currently way too low
