Is it historical for the PHIMAT Pod on the Jaguars to only be able to be carried on the right hand side pylon?
Presumably it should be possible to have one on each side and would be a small but nice buff, especially for the Jaguar IS

Yep, just the one and on the right.
Been checking out the new stormer, and it seems a little lack luster. 500 rounds of 25mm sperated into 2 belts with 2 stingers per reload. Compared to the LAV, its slower, doesnt get hydras, has 620 less rounds for the 25. It seems more comparable to the gepard 1a2 rather than the lav, although i guess moving it down to 9.7 wouldnt do much as theres no line up there anymore, but maybe would allow for some use with the 9.3 (uptiering the lineup not moving it to 9.3) lineup as it would mean not facing 11.0?
It seems like its better in the anti-air role than the LAV-AD as it has a pretty good radar while the LAV-AD has no radar. You can detect planes basically as soon as they spawn, which is great. Sure it has less Stingers available to fire, but I rarely find myself needing to fire more than two stingers in a row and 8 total is enough.
However, against tanks, the Stormer feels really weak. Of course its an SPAA, but it would be nice if it maybe got APDS to help it defend itself a bit better.
small decrease in Spawn cost perhaps
Interesting

Range does not correspond to the brochure.
Name is in a weird spot, brochure adds - between 20 and S, but is is not like that on radar display

TWS ok
Cue to rdar ok
It has already been passed. Thanks
Using my benefit of the doubt

Forwarded for radar folding. The other two reports are already covered in the previous report from the other user that has already been passed.
So I was messing around with the Jaguar IS on Sunday and noticed when reviewing my replays that the Phimat was actually only dropping a single chaff packet for a drop in available chaff by 2.
Reported it, should be fixed in a future update.
Soo one chaff per 2 used?
How nice
You actually fly the jag IS? what british jet do you simply refuse to play then, how about the javelin or sea venom?
Well… We know what his next videos will be in :P
I dont mind either in sim but in air rb they are AWFUL, especially the javelin after the fm changes as now it turns less with the same energy loss as before. They keep making these deltas act like mythical flying trash cans, as the javelin and draken feel awfully similar now, and neither is in a good place.
Yeah… I really want to like the Javelin and it is fairly good in SIm. But yeah, Its Over BRed quite a bit these days
Good old Sea Victim, I have a couple hundred kills in it if I recall. (it was only 50 ahah)
But yeah @GothFemboyHooter the Magic II’s make for some spicy kills from time to time.
Shameless plug;
Some people actually quite like the Javelin. I was surprised to learn Defyn quite likes Javelin. Personally I cant stand it but i can make the Sea venom and Vampire work.
I just love how it outclimbs most of the things it faces, the missiles are certainly no slouch, adens, despite the positioning and velocity hit like a truck, radar is nice, it looks very cool, and because it’s quite rare to see it in matches, I get the feeling that very few people know how to fight against it.
@Gunjob I see the SRAAM range and all-aspect reports are still sat as acknowledged, do you know if anything’s happening with them?
