Makes me wonder if the stinger mount slides forward to allow for the elevation, seems strange to advertise something and not specify with or without the missile system, ive seen blazer systems advertised with 80° without any missiles.
From the other images I review, it does seem to be pretty fixed to the top of the gun. Suppose it was still a prototype vehicle, maybe some elements needed more finalization than others.
It’s stated 65° personally I’d just make the mount slide forward to giving it it’s stated 65°, it’s the only other way it’d make sense… But gaijin will no doubt stick with the elevation nerf.
Then it would look incorrect from the front. As the edges of the module clearly line up with specific sections of the gun. I’d say its “more” correct in its current form even if its a little sad missing that extra 10 degrees.
I just meant the box ontop holding the two stingers would mechanically roll/slide forward during the final 15° of elevation, it’s position would only ever change once it started to reach the extent of its maximum elevation.
can you post a picture of the one in game from that angle, without real one on it?
thanks
Does the pivot point look alil low to you compared to the drawing/photo in comparison to in game?
msot likely perspective, but looks different to me
Whatdo you think?
Provided the drawing is to scale.
I personally think it low, the drawing seems to depicted that the pin for the gun mount is covered by a rounded cap. If you understand what i mean.
If it was lower than the stinger mount wouldn’t that cause a radar blind spot?
possible
i need to find a different picture, gimme a sec
Hmm
A very minor one yeah, but its a pretty large dish so nothing of significance.
