Britain Naval Tree - What’s left to be added for all BRs

15" @ 25 degrees tapering down to ~19 i believe. Turrets are 18", turret sides are 14", deck is 8".

I think you are looking for the phrase ‘fire control system’ which includes radars, rangefinders etc.

But N3 didn’t have radar (neither did Yamato though until very late). I am not sure how N3 FCS compares with Yamato but G3 FCS is the same as N3 FCS and was described by the Americans as ‘leaps and bounds ahead of anything’ they expected to field within 10 years.

A lot was put into the G3 FCS, its unfortunate Nelson spoiled its reputation with the silly choice of gun, FCS was great, guns were meh (funnily though still more accurate than American guns).

Fortunately radars don’t do much in naval apart from hitting planes at greater ranges

It speeds up rangefinding speed but yes its not too relevant really.

Well that another problem with Naval , they need to fix it ngl. The based spotting system is pretty bad, don’t like the fact that you get shot the moment you spawn

Well irl it was what helped the British is the battle with sharnhorsrt and the tracking of Bismarck as I believe she was shadowed by some destroyers after the sinking of hood

wasnt laid down and Lion & Temeraire will be enough to keep up with Iowas imo.

Hey, does anyone know what class of ship HMS Dreadnought (1906) belonged to? Thats if she even was a part of a class (It’s for a LANG Mod) I can’t find any sources saying that she was/wasn’t.

Many Thanks

She was a stand alone ship in her class but just check with @Rileyy3437

This was a hypothetical if they added paper ships, but yeah I agree there.

Standalone ship so I think the term dreadnought class wasnt even used.

I believe it was only ever referred to as the Dreadnought class post-decommissioning.

My favourite thing to irritate people with is that Vanguard was and always was referred to as a battlecruiser in British Naval press until much after she was decommissioned.

Woooooo

She will be so nice, shame we skipped other less revolutionary ships but hey…

Perhaps a new top tier challenger.

(How much bug reporting will we have to do)

Finally, my favourite class if ships is here, I love the Nelson’s.

They are the coolest looking battleships, fight me.

Didn’t expect this beauty to be earlier than modified QE or R class.
And hey, as La Galissonnière comes with ‘usable catapult above turret’ maybe we could use Rodney’s catapult too.

And now I would humbly ask HMS Nelson as her 1944~ version as it would be the only advantage of HMS Nelson over HMS Rodney.

No neither did I, but at this point lets take it. Now we just have to find a way to get the reload down to 30 seconds and she will be the best ship in the game. Without a doubt.

We must have both, and neither can be premium, I have decreed it so.

They can add PoW as a premium.

@magazine2
Can you tell us what refit the HMS Rodney will be in?

So she won’t be any later than May of 43 as that is when her launch deck was removed which means we will miss out of 48 20mm’s
