Fair, I couldnt quite remember which way round was best when previously discussed so had a 50/50 chance of getting it right.
But yeah, either way. Vanguard is in a really dumb place

I believe it is howe with tones of 40mm’s
It’s entirely so we get full lineups. It would mean 3 ships at 8.0 (Vanguard, KGV DoY) and 3 ships at 8.3/8.7 (Lion, Temeraire G3 16.5”)
I do hope when we get around to getting blueprint ships we see Minatour 47
I do want some more powerful British cruisers hopefully with some proper ap shells
How would the gun performance of the KGV be?
Neptune also would be appreciated
Wonder if they would consider doing refits as a Tier 4 modification? Probably too much work for them.
Slightly better than the Japanese 14” in reality in game I’m not sure around the same but better pen at distance, probably somewhere around the level of the 15” APCBC but only the MKXIIa.
The round itself is heavier by ~50kg but loses ~20m/s
That sounds decent, is the reload 30 seconds?
Technically I believe 28 was the fastest ever achieved, but early on the mountings were notorious for having issues due to inexperienced crews and a new mechanism that was relatively untested.
I fully expect gaijin to pull a Rodney/Roma and ignore all written sources for a negative stereotype.
On the round actually I think it will be okay, and it has a very high bursting charge for its calibre. I was expecting worse until I compared it with the Japanese 14” which I view to be just about okay for 7.7. KGV I hope may edge slightly further on pen at least at range and then the armour should help it to be okay at 8.0
Maybe, but so far we’ve seen later refits as another ship of the class, so I’d assume the trend would continue.
Barham > Warspite
Southampton > Liverpool / Belfast
etc etc
Yeah, rather solid addition. Sitll got a few quite major issues to resolve, but the British knew how to build ships and so the vulnerabilities that are crippling the other nations hasnt affected us.
I’ve had very good success and im not even 100% spaded yet
It’s not ship cause, only cause of new shell accuracy vs other ships accuracy similar BR.
Vanguard was nerfed like everyone else.
Nah 381 wasn’t accurate before patch, they didn’t change it in update. Only new shell give you advantage cause of better speed.
They buffed us in Decemeber and then nerfed us in this major update to worse than before. Just like everyone else.
Im currently unable to engage targets further than 10km away due to the shell dispersal
