Yes Gaijjn can do as they please, but its highly unlikely if you look at the other VT users. Limiting to HE-TF would cripple her ro almost uselessness, little more than a fat 4" DD, and Abdial is enough to fill that role! If thats what they want there are plenty of original 6" C class options thay would make far more sense.

Its still not even in the same ballpark. You cant compare a 4" Light Cruiser with a 15" Battlecruiser 2BR above it.
@Magiaconatus is renown not getting HE-VT going to be a norm for all other british battle ships and battle cruisers to come with them not getting it

Well… if the last few days of me playing top tier BBs (Mostly Barham with a bit of Hood). It feels like they already have. Id have more success trying to sink enemy ships with potatos
