The main improvement came from engine service life, serviceability and cost reductions.

That is however without the consideration of airframe thrust loss.

Don’t think so, they barely have money to keep them running, imagine for camouflages.
But I would love if someone made one inspired on their Mirages, specially the Black Widow.
