good try though
Thanks, I did my best, but nevermind.
I can’t lie I am fully done with the tree now I might as well focus my efforts elsewhere, I enjoy these aircraft deep dives but they don’t usually yield anything.
It’s like the ground tree, there’s no real purpose going past the early jets (~8.7). I am pretty convinced its going to be another Tornado or Harrier in December with the Major part being AMRAAM. And given how long we’ve been asking for the Gnat, Type 545 etcetera, I highly doubt we will see any backfill.
The tree is just utterly hopeless.
we all know they will get indian mig 29 cuz reasons
not likely
seeing how the game becomes more and more copy paste its very likely
Indian mig29 is mig29k which has a more modern loadout
It uses the same weaponry the Russian MIG 29k uses, there isn’t a lot of change they could be added at the same time as 1:1 machine
No the Indians have some of there own missiles
On modernized MIG 29k they could add the same variant used by russia or just do not add that missile as R-77 is used aswell
It isn’t going to be a MiG-29K, even if they were considering adding indian planes to the british tree
A indian Mirage 2000I would make a lot more sense
Britan gets mig21 with bvr missiles
If they are giving an Indian-russian aircraft they better give us the Flanker heh
India operated plain old MiG-29 9-12B and a small number upgraded as MiG-29UPG 9-20, which is almost identical to the MiG-29SMT 9-19 save for some Israeli avionics
So they could most definitely copy paste one of those
I still don’t see them picking a indian MiG-29 over a Mirage 2000I. We already have two nations operating 29s and a Mirage 2000 would be way less far fetched for britain than a MiG
Ye know they will add MIG 29 first as they will have to do completely nothing except put Indian roundel that is on some skins and that’s all
A indian Mirage 2000I would be the same amount of work, literally just take the Mirage 2000-5F, slap a different name and camo on it, finished
they can just put both
Optimally they would put neither
So after browsing all of the comments I have concluded that there are 2 likely options, 2 unlikely options, and 1 not an option. A Hornet from either the RCAF or the RAAF and the SAAF Gripen C. The unlikely options are: the Shar FA.2 or a typhoon prototype. The not an option is the F-14.
On another note I hope that one day we get the A-4G, A-4K and A-4K Kahu, and the Indian MiG-29K and MiG-21UPG (just a bit of trolling).
unlikely but funny
