They always aim and shoot at one point at target that’s the problem. And being too much stabilized but it was before the patch. Before the patch the just picked random points around the target and being dragged by you own ship turns which actually was a bug, but they fixed it only for new aiming AB, forget about it in old .
I play AB and am thinking more vs air - haven’t noticed it too much vs surface units since I usually bind secondaries to main gun button, but have gotten a few hits with 20mm’s on PT boats which used to be unusual
vs surface they same precise that why all the fuss with coastal lovers being angry, they killed on sight by eithe bots or the autoaimed AA and secondaries.
Raking a boat Bow to Stern is nothing new. Spreading your shots to fill a boat full of holes along its entire length has always been the best fastest way to sink a boat. The graphics help understand that a bit better i suppose. I’m not aware of how that mechanic has changes significantly.
Hitting someone with guns 3 to 4k out isn’t odd. With Bofors. Don’t know if I recall 20mm. But I wouldn’t be surprised. the key is that it took time to gain the skill to do that.
Now… you just point and click.
It’s not very fun or reward to the vets, and the new guys don’t even know what’s going on.
Everyone’s going to be leaning on rapid fire boat/long established OP stuff more than ever now.
