BR change for the CL-13 MKIV (from 8.3 to 8.0)

The CL-13 MKIV has the same performance as the F-86-A5; despite this the CL-13 sits at 0.3 higher for no reason. Both planes have the exact same performance and armament, the only difference is in drag but they’re too small to justify the BR difference

The speed of both aircraft is virtually the same

So is the turnrate

The only negligible differences being in drag.

There are many other things in which both planes are the same but i can’t post them all here. You can check it out in Statshark

It makes no sense for these planes to be at a different BR despite being practically the same aircraft.

No, the F-86-A5 and all the other Sabres and MiG-15 should go up instead.
Reversing the unwanted change from last year

That’s the best solution but I don’t think gaijin will bother to actually do that…

A BR change of the CL-13 is, imo, more likely to happen

Would be nice if it gets Italian Sispre C-7 missiles

  1. Yes. CL-13 Mk.4 should be the same BR as F-86A-5.
  • CL-13 Mk.4 has all-flying tail but no slat

  • F-86A-5 has slat but no all-flying tail.

both planes can considered as sidegrades.

  1. But no. not in the way of decreasing CL-13 into 8.0.
nearly nobody but sabre-foggers loves that nasty change on last year.

instead of sending CL-13 into 8.0,
    F-86A-5 should be 8.3.

it’s 3 number in a chart

Long time ago group of very skilled Air players played Cl-13 with excellent statistics, so Gaijin nerfed it. “It is the same vehicle, yes, but statistics”

Please not another korean war-era jet at 8.0. There’s already too damn many of them.
