BMPTS Guns/FCS

So, theres definitely a lot of online arguments between people saying that the BMPT can or cant shoot both guns at once. And I cant find publicly released documentation stating whether it does/doesn’t have this capability for sure.

All of the videos ive seen show one gun firing, and a single ejection port ejecting shells except for a specific part of the wobbly gun video everyone knows of. (lll attach screenshot showing what I mean in regards to that specific clip) Which I assume the clip is of the PKT and one of the 2A42s firing.

that in itself raises a question of why would you fire the main gun and mg, if realistically it would take more effort than worth for the gunner to focus on impact location of both guns. And not to mention the question of, why worry about using 7.62 when youre already using 30mm HE to assault soft targets. (Or I guess In the sense of AP too because the 30mm is just going to perform in either scenario way better)

Though back to the main question, where are the public (NOT SEKRET) documents stating its firing abilities in regards to both guns. A lot of people will say “just look at the videos” but just because the videos dont show it, doesnt mean it cant. I mean, if youre using different munitions with different velocities, capabilities, and the recoil makes both guns super inaccurate. Might mean you wouldnt want to, but again not that you cant.

Also would be cool to implement the ejection of the PKT shells just for atheistic, though Im pretty sure any sub 50.cal caliber weapon on ground vehicles dont animate shell ejection.

If only shooting 1 cannon makes both wiggle, imagine firing both at the same time. Maybe because gun maintenance reasons.

I get that its probably primarily for accuracy, and use of different ammo types. Though, given its a volume of fire weapons platform, id assume itd still be an option if you were to use the same ammo type, or just wanted to. Could be maintenance too I suppose.
