Moving it to higher BR won’t be enough. It needs much better damage model. This thing ignores crits, ignores modern APFDS and basically has 0 downsides. All it requires is push W and lead a steamroll push. All 10.3 - 10.7 has been in ruin for 3 months now. In 11.3 - 12.0 its not much better.
Nowadays, most wins on 10.3 - 12.0 happen when rus is on your side, but even that is not guaranteed as your average rus main can be dumber than bacteria.
